3. roughly a week short three months ago, via ethan and our respective blogs. and yes, i did go to the somewhat questionable tactic of checking the date on that comment.

8. well, due to our mutual link of introduction, i was under the impresssion that you were much more southern than you actually are. noting your extreme dislike for post-1960 literature, affinity for gourmet food, and attendance of a dubya fundraising fuction, i was really quite concerned that you were very aristocratic, implying noble prepschool literacy and such. had it been true, it would’ve been as if your cultural opinions were always the venerated and idolized institution behind which i was constantly sneaking a cigarette of seditious second thought.
9. not at all, and it’s such a refreshing delight! i can now look forward to sneaking absinthe with that which is idolized.

the novelty of a dumbwaiter is unlikely to wear off, but i’m delighted and amazed at how fairly we know one another’s little tics and tacs: chemistries of constellations, perhaps? i love it. you’re darling, you really are.
